At the GTC (Global Tax Controversy) Virtual Conference 2020, Lars Gläser spoke together with Catalina Hoyos Jiminéz from GodoyHoyos (Columbia) on international trading structures involving Low-Risk-Distributors (LRDs). Core topics were tax structuring aspects including the attribution of relevant functions and risks, the determination of transfer prices, potential impacts of ATAD/BEPS developments to existing structures as well as practical tips regarding the implementation and defense of international trading structures.
